Entitlements

• Presenting authors and members:
  Accommodation in a single room 11-14 September 2008 (including breakfast), participation in all scientific sessions, conference bag with programme and book of abstracts, lunch and coffee Thursday, Friday and Saturday, participation in Welcome Dinner Thursday and Conference Dinner Friday, shuttle bus from Pisa airport/train station to Il Ciocco on Thursday and back to Pisa airport/train station on Sunday afternoon.
• Non-members:
  Participation in all scientific sessions, conference bag with programme and book of abstracts, lunch and coffee Thursday, Friday and Saturday, participation in Welcome Dinner Thursday and Conference Dinner Friday, shuttle bus from Pisa airport to Il Ciocco on Thursday and back to Pisa airport on Sunday afternoon.
• Accompanying persons:
  Accommodation in a shared double room from 11-14 September 2008, including breakfast, participation in Welcome Dinner Thursday and Conference Dinner Friday, shuttle bus from Pisa airport to Il Ciocco on Thursday and back to Pisa airport on Sunday afternoon. Accompanying persons do not have access to the scientific sessions and lunch is not included.
• Exhibitors:
  All exhibitors must register. Exhibitors may participate in social events for an extra fee, please contact the meeting secretariat for details. Exhibitors do not have access to the scientific sessions.
  

Accommodation

Please book your accommodation in the online registration form.

Presenting authors will be allocated accommodation at the venue. Depending on the number of participants all other participants will also be allocated accommodation at the venue.

Rates are:
Single room 105 € / night including breakfast
Double room 160 € / night including breakfast

For presenting authors and members, accommodation in a single room 11-14 September 2008 is included in the registration fee. Please book all the nights you wish to stay at Il Ciocco in the online form. Only the cost for additional nights will be charged.

Cancellation of accommodation is accepted free of charge until 1 June 2008. Cancellations after this date will be charged the equivalent of one night.

All expenses in relation to cheques and transfers should be covered by the issuer. Please mark payments with the participant's name and/or registration ID.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Cancellations postmarked before 1 June 2008, will incur a cancellation fee of € 70. No refunds will be made for cancellations postmarked after 1 June 2008. If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the Conference have been deducted.
